G., Vino bianco

G. it is obtained by the fermentation of the Gewürztraminer of the "Faiderleiten" vineyard (called also "Vaterstückl") on the skins in amphora.

G. vino bianco is 50% Gewürztraminer 2015, fermented for 4 Months on the skins in amphora and then in oak and 50% Gewürztraminer 2016, fermented for 8 Months on the skins in amphora and then in oak.
