Our wine terrace will be open in spring 2025!!

Thursday & Friday 5pm - 9pm

Saturdays 10am - 9pm

Next to our new wineshop, we invite you to enjoy the beautiful view while having some delicious organic food and wine outdoors.

You can expect:

- a selection of our certified biodynamic natural wines

- organic cider (Floribunda)

- homemade juices

- our cornflips for a small salty snack

- eggs from our happy chicken, who live in a mobile stable

- fresh, seasonal and organic vegetables

- organic treats from the region (such as a selection of cheese)

- vegan and organic specialties (e.g. Tempehmanufaktur)

- organic herbs (Noàl)

- organic fish from Trentino (Biotrota)

and many more...

We use organic products, depending on availability from our own farm and garden, or other farms of friends (and acquaintances). Following the theme: short distance, long purpose.
