Job advertisement: Farm-to-table chef (m/f/d)

We are a Demeter-certified winery in South Tyrol that is committed to organic and sustainable production. For our new gastronomy project “Buschenschank” we are looking for a chef in gastronomic cuisine with a strong interest in organic farming and “spontaneous cuisine”. If you would like to work in close contact with nature and contribute to our production of fresh and healthy food, this is the opportunity for you!

What we are looking for:

Experience in gastronomic cuisine and interest in seasonal cuisine. Great willingness to do physical work outdoors (at any time of the year), with approximately 50% of working time devoted to agricultural activities. Passion for organic farming and the desire to actively participate in the process of growing and harvesting products (vegetable garden, vineyard, orchard, field). Motivation to work with animals (goats, pigs, sheep, chickens, donkeys) on a farm. Desire to be part of a young and dynamic team and to work in a family business. Ability to work independently and adapt to a work environment that combines cooking and farming.
