honey
Our bees fly over our vineyards, into our chestnut grove and into the forests that surround us in spring and summer.
That's why our honey smells of both wildflowers and honeydew from the forest, and even has a slight spice from chestnut.
Every year it tastes a little different: it's the sum of a whole summer in one glass. It always reminds us of the flowers and scents of past months.
