Dornach – Karoline & Patrick Uccelli

Karoline is a biologist and is the pulsing heart of the company. She’s responsible of everything that regards the biodiversity inside our estate. She takes care lovingly of everything that flowers, carries fruits, lays eggs and bleats and gives us milk. 

Patrick, vine-dresser and oenologist. He takes care of the soil, the vines and follows the growth of the grapes to wine until it goes bottled. Follow him in his work, let him explain you the concepts and principles of the biodynamic cultivation.
